Comfortable room with nice water fountain outside the window. Enjoyed sitting by the canal with a coffee. Great location next to a beautiful lake and easy access to supermarket, buses, and tube into London. Friendly staff, excellent food, and clean surroundings. Loved watching boats go by.

The location by the canal was picturesque and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The availability of parking was convenient. The restaurant service for the evening meal was excellent.

There were a few issues. The room had some maintenance problems, such as broken door, window, and shower temperature handles.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect for the event we attended, and being right by the beer garden made it convenient for us to socialize. The proximity to Heathrow Airport was also a bonus for our travel needs. The room was comfortable and had a nice view. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the included breakfast was delicious. we had a wonderful experience at the hotel.

The noise from the beer garden was a bit overwhelming at times.

We recently stayed at a charming converted barge in a peaceful location. The cabin was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. Although near a beer garden, it was surprisingly quiet when the noise subsided. The friendly and informative staff made our experience even better. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away in an isolated area where no other rooms were beside the canal. It was a truly peaceful and serene setting. The room I stayed in was in a separate building across the outside seating area on the canal, which was a unique and charming touch. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were fantastic. The sitting area and terrace were a lovely addition, allowing me to enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, which was great for staying connected. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the comfortable bed with its parquet floor. The dining restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a long day. The staff were so helpful and understanding – I couldn't have asked for better service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

The spacious cabin-style room was clean, modern, and well-designed. It had everything I needed, including a small fridge with chilled water and a continental breakfast left in the room. The restaurant was inviting and the food was amazing, particularly the sizzling prawns and the 10 ounce rump steak. The desserts were also delicious. The staff provided fast and friendly service, and parking was easy. Check-in and check-out were easy. I would definitely stay here again.
